Hanna Pesola är specialforskare på området arbetsmarknad och utbildning. Utöver arbetsmarknaden har hon undersökt frågor kring invandring. Hanna arbetar också på Statistikcentralens forskartjänster med utveckling av forskningsmaterial. Hon disputerade i nationalekonomi vid Aalto-universitetets handelshögskola 2011.
