Impacts of the salary subsidy for first employees

The research project examines the impacts of the regional salary subsidy for first employees, which were provided between 2007 and 2011.

The project aims to provide information on how pay incentives influence the business activities of self-employed persons and their willingness to become employers. The project also examines the utilisation rate of the salary subsidy. The results of the project can be utilised in the design of salary incentives and the assessment of their effectiveness.
