Satu Kuitunen is an assistant researcher at the Centre of Excellence on Tax Systems Research. She is involved in a sub-theme which studies the effects of taxes and regulation on transport sector emissions. Her work focuses on fuel and vehicle taxation, electric vehicle subsidies, and charging infrastructure.
