Anonymous recruitment

In this project, a pilot for anonymous recruitment is being studied.

In 2020, the City of Helsinki implemented a pilot of anonymous recruitment. A joint research project between VATT and the Labour Institute for Economic Research aims to evaluate the impact of the pilot on job applications, recruitment decisions and recruitment success.
