Helsinki Economics of Crime Workshop

The Helsinki Economics of Crime Workshop will provide an opportunity for scholars with research broadly connected to crime to present and discuss their work. The meeting will contain both contributed and invited papers. The keynote speakers are Jennifer Doleac from Texas A&M University and Stephen Machin from LSE.
The conference is organized by the VATT Institute for Economic Research in collaboration with Aalto University School of Business and Helsinki Graduate School of Economics.
The conference will start in the morning on Monday, May 29 and extends to the afternoon on Tuesday, May 30. The meeting will take place in central Helsinki, at a historical prison converted to a unique boutique hotel where accommodation is already reserved: www.hotelkatajanokka.fi/en/
