Kimmo Palanne is a researcher in the Environment, energy and climate policy research group at VATT. In his research he analyzes the environmental consequences and distributional effects of fuel taxation, vehicle taxation and other transportation-related policies. Kimmo is also working on his dissertation at Aalto University.
