Jouko Verho

Jouko Verho is a chief researcher in the field of labour markets and education. Besides labour markets, he has studied topics in social security and health economics. Previously, he has worked in the research department of the Social Insurance Institution of Finland and developed the remote access for research data at Statistics Finland. He has also been a researcher at the IFAU Institute at Uppsala University and a visiting scholar at University College London. Jouko received his doctorate in economics from the University of Helsinki in 2008.
